S amantha Brown on Travel and Living Channel's ‘Great Hotels,' February 11 at 9 p.m., takes off for Savannah, Georgia, which is a beautiful southern town. She has uncovered two wonderful places to stay in. One is the marvellous Marshall House Hotel. The other, situated on an island that is a few hundred yards across the Savannah River, is The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort and Spa. She dives right in to experience everything.

Their engagement became hot news. But this is no ordinary love story. It is a royal one… between Prince William and Kate Middleton. This exclusive programme unveils their intriguing courtship and offers an insight into the real Kate. ‘William and Kate: A Royal Love Story,' February 14 at 8 p.m., reveals where it all began.

In ‘Everyday Exotic,' host Roger Mooking adds a twist to routine meals and leftovers. In this episode, he unleashes the power of the ‘ Papaya,' February 17 at 10 p.m. He transforms simple dining staples into delicious dishes. The chicken breasts are served with papaya barbeque sauce, savoury coconut rice and a watercress salad on a bed of fresh papaya.

They are furry, filthy and deadly. ‘Uncovered' is the ‘Ratzilla,' on February 11 at 8 p.m. These creatures are five to 20 times the size of a sewer rat. They lurk in the marshes of New Jersey, a few miles away from New York City. In the Florida Keys, a large breed of rats is terrorising residents. Florida wildlife officials are fearful that they will kill off endangered species, decimate the food supply and spread disease.

It is ‘Okavango,' on February 15 at 10 p.m., in this week's episode of ‘Wildest Africa.' A large inland delta, this tranquil and isolated oasis is set in Botswana's harsh desert. It is teeming with wildlife. Its headwaters start in Angola's western highlands, with numerous tributaries joining to form the Cubango River. It then flows through Namibia (called the Kavango) and finally enters Botswana, where it is called Okavango.
