Maverick (Tom Cruise) is a hot pilot. When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman is clearly out flown and freaks. On almost no fuel, Maverick is able to talk him back down to the Carrier. When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick is moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he fights the attitudes of the other pilots and an old story of his father's death in combat that killed others due to his father's error. Maverick struggles to be the best pilot, stepping on the toes of his other students and in a different way to Charlie (Kelly McGillis), a civilian instructor to whom he is strongly attracted. Also stars Val Kilmer.

This is a biopic that focuses on the career of the legendary FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, beginning from the Palmer Raids onwards to an examination of his private life as an alleged closeted homosexual. It is directed by Clint Eastwood, written by Dustin Lance Black and stars Leonardo DiCaprio as the title character, along with Armie Hammer, Naomi Watts, Josh Lucas, Judi Dench and Ed Westwick.

Leonardo Vetra is a physicist who is murdered. His daughter Vittoria (Ayelet Zurer) and symbolist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) go on a quest following this. Some clues from the secret brotherhood, The Illuminati, leads the two of them all around The Vatican, including the four altars of science, namely the Earth, Air, Fire and Water. An assassin (Nikolaj Lie Kaas), who works for the brotherhood, captures four cardinals and murders each one of them in a gruesome way. Will Robert and Vittoria find the new destructive weapon that could kill millions of people in time? Also stars Ewan McGregor and Stellan Skarsgard.

Nick is the hot-headed one who is still in love with his ex-wife, and Frank is suave and practical. After they are forced to take a leave, they do their own investigations to bust the crime lord and the mole in their department. Stars Robert Carradine, Billy Dee Williams and Doris Roberts.

Margaret Ford is a well-known psychologist who helps one of her patients out of a gambling debt. Her task is to visit the bar where Mike, the guy to whom debt is owed, runs poker games. While hanging around, she is to give her patient clues or ‘tells’ – body language that gives away the truth. What starts out as an easy task, becomes more and more difficult. Lindsay Crouse, Joe Mantegna and Mike Nussbaum are in the cast.
