Benjamin Barry (Matthew McConaughey) is an advertising executive competing with two female co-workers for a major campaign for a diamond merchant. He cuts a deal with his competitors -- the account is his if he can make a woman of their choice fall in love with him in 10 days. In comes Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson) who, in turn, is writing a story on how to lose a guy in 10 days as a bet with her boss. With a hidden agenda in each camp, will either party be able to complete their mission?

This science fiction Western directed by Jon Favreau, stars Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Olivia Wilde. It is based on the 2006 graphic novel of the same name created by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. The plot revolves round an amnesiac outlaw (Craig), a wealthy cattleman (Ford), and a mysterious traveller (Wilde) who must ally to save a group of townspeople abducted by aliens.

Orin Boyd (Steven Segal) is a cop who refuses to follow rules. He saves the Vice-President by breaking every single order that he had been given. As a result, he is transferred to one of the worst areas in the city. There, Orin comes across some corrupt policemen who sell heroin to drug dealers. Will he be able to tell the bad guys from the trustworthy ones?

Jack Hall (Dennis Quaid) is a paleo-climatologist who visits Antarctica to find that a huge sheet of ice has broken of from the mainland. Jack is unaware of the disastrous set of events that this incident has triggered. A major shift has happened in the climatic conditions that are bound to affect the world population. Jack’s son Sam (Jake Gyllenhaal) and his friends are in New York for an event. It rains non-stop for three weeks and the temperature drops dramatically. Soon, people realise something is drastically wrong.

Detective Rita Rizzoli (Whoopi Goldberg) is a crusading narcotics cop assigned to track down some killer cocaine. She poses as a call girl and is soon hot on heals after two small-time hoods who murder their way in hopes of becoming kingpins. Right from the beginning, Mike Marshak (Sam Elliott), a security agent working for Rizzoli’s prime suspect, takes a special interest in Rizzoli, at first for his boss, then later in the detective, as a romance develops.
