They have shaped their future understanding the path they have treaded on but ensured that their juniors understand it better before they start their journey.

Path Creators, an organisation started by Ashish Chinthakayala, a student of J.B. Institute of Engineering and Technology is doing exactly that guiding the juniors and grow as a team. It is a platform for students to open their views and discuss about social, economic and cultural issues apart from what they face as an employee in the corporate worked and excel in the endeavour.

“Members of Path Creators can see a family of students helping them grow in a most effective way by learning from friends and gain an inspiration to the thought process by various interactive discussions,” says Abhishek Kannekanti, a student. Students technical skills are also boosted a lot through various workshops and training sessions from corporate trainers. As a part their activity Path Creators organised a session inviting the fresh students recently.

More than 400 students from JB Group of institutions and Aurora Scientific and Technology Institute attended and experienced a campus recruitment procedure opted by many MNCs for recruiting their employees.

The audition was designed to make students free from barriers of stage fear and language. Students leaving the auditions experienced a change in their confidence, which will show them a path to their destinations, says Abhishek.
