Medical PG entrance testThe Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has invited applications for the entrance examination for admissions to the Postgraduate Medical (Degree/Diploma) courses in Government Medical Colleges in Kerala. Recognised MBBS degree holders who will complete compulsory rotatory resident internship on or before March 31 are eligible to apply for the test. Admission will be given only after obtaining registrations of TC Medical Council. Age limit is 45 years for general candidates. Applicants should be Indian citizens of Kerala origin.The test will be held on February 11 in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode. It will consist of two papers each of two hours duration and having 150 objective-type (multiple-choice) questions each.Application form and prospectus will be available in the website cee-kerala.org. Application form is common for general and service candidates. A demand draft for Rs.800, drawn on a nationalised bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination payable at Thiruvananthapuram should be enclosed along with the application form and submitted to the Commissions for Entrance Examination, Housing Board Building, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram 695 001, on or before January 21.The duration of postgraduate course is three years and two years for PG diploma courses. Annual tuition fee for PG degree course is Rs.18,150 and for PG diploma course Rs.15,100.Total number of seats available for both courses in Government Medical Colleges in Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Alappuzha and Thrissur are as follows:

Forestry (25 seats). Eligibility - Three years' Bachelors degree in Science with at least one of the subjects - botany, chemistry, geology, mathematics, physics, zoology or B.Sc. in Agriculture or Forestry.M.Sc. Wood Science and Technology (25 seats). Eligibility three years bachelors degree with physics, mathematics and chemistry as subjects or B.Sc. in Forestry.M.Sc. Environment management (25 seats).
