Osmania University in association with Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education organised a seminar on “Neutrino Physics” at a hotel recently. Deputy Chief Minister C. Damodar Raja Narsimha was chief guest for the programme.
APSRTC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director B. Prasada Rao addressed during the seminar. He explained interference and diffraction with alternative approach with the proposal of a “Fluid layer” based on the experiments conducted afresh. BM Birla Science Centre Director B.G Sidharth spoke on the Enigmatic Neutrino. P.K. Suresh and Rukmani Mohanta of University of Hyderabad also delivered lectures on Implications of superluminal neutrons in cosmology and Neutrino: the mysterious particle, respectively.
