The Mitacs 2014 Globalink programme for research internships in Canada is open for applications. This 12-week long competitive internship programme will take a select group of international undergraduate students to Canada between May and September 2014 to participate in research projects under the supervision of Canada’s top researchers. The deadline for application is October 11, 2013.

Globalink Research interns will network with professors, government representatives, and business leaders. Students will also develop their skills in a variety of professional development workshops.

The experience is enriched by the presence of Globalink Student Advisors who help interns acclimate to life on campus and in Canada. Mitacs is a Canadian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to developing the up-and-coming generation of researchers through innovative training and research programs.

This internship programme links talented international undergraduate students with world-class researchers at Canadian universities. The Mitacs Globalink programme seeks to build research links with India and connect with its future innovators and entrepreneurs.
