JBEIT holds Graduation Day

Over 525 students of J.B. Institute of Engineering & Technology received their degree certificates at the graduation ceremony held recently.

Gold and Silver medals were awarded along with Merit Certificate to meritorious students.

The gold medal for first among the boys went to P. Anoop of Mechanical Engineering, while Gold Medal for first among girls went to A.V. Sasirekha of EEE branch.

S. Sathyanarayana, Vice-Chancellor Osmania University was the chief guest, who asked students to be passionate about their careers. He quoted Vivekananda and reminded that “They alone live, who live for others.”

A. Damodaram, Director Academic Audit Cell, JNTH University was the guest of honour.

J.V. Krishnarao, secretary JBES presented the achievement of JBIET during last year. He said Microsoft Innovation centre on the campus was an achievement. The college also installed CUDA-based Vidia Keplar Super Computer. It is the first super computer of its type in any private engineering college at Hyderabad.
