The Indian Council of Agricultural Research has invited applications for an entrance test to be held on April 16 for admission to undergraduate programmes.

The test will be conducted for admission to 15 per cent of the seats in Bachelor's degree programmes of four-year duration in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, fisheries, agricultural engineering, dairy, and technology offered at State-level agricultural universities.

The National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana,will take in students for its B.Tech. dairy technology course based on this test.

Applicants should be in the age group of 17-23 years as on August 31, 2011. Application form can be downloaded from www.icar.org.in.
