The Fluid Control Research Institute under the Government of India, Palakkad, has invited applications for admission for the postgraduate certificate programme in fluid flow and instrumentation engineering to be conducted from March 22 to June 21. Duration of the course is three months.
Those who have obtained BE / B.Tech. degree in instrumentation / mechanical / electrical and electronics engineering / electronics and communication engineering, civil or mechatronics are eligible to apply.
The course fee is Rs.50,000 and should be paid in advance by demand draft drawn in favour of Fluid Control Research Institute payable at Palakkad. The course is non-residential. Training at CFTRI
The Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) Mysore will conduct short-term training programme on molecular biology techniques in microbiology from March 4 - 19.
This training programme is sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, New Delhi. The training will be conducted by the Department of Food Microbiology of the CFTRI.
Number of participants will be limited to 15.
Undergraduates and postgraduates in biological sciences, researchers who are staff members in research institutes / public-funded organisations, teaching faculty holding regular positions in college/ universities are eligible to participate in the training.
