Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) offers a variety of courses that equip students with knowledge in hardware and software technologies.

These courses touch a host of areas like Embedded and Hardware Technologies, System Software (e-Security, U-Security, Grid Computing), Web Technologies (e-Learning, U-Learning, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) among others.

C-DAC courses fill the academia-industry gap and make the students ‘ready-to-use workforce’ for the IT industry. It offers Diploma in Advanced Business Computing (DABC), Diploma in Embedded System Design (DESD), and Diploma in System Software Development (DSSD) for which the entrance examination is being held at 12 centres in India). The test will be held on July 19 and the last date for submission of application forms is July 11.

The DSED course is offered at C-DAC Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkatta, and DOEACC Aurangabad while DSSD course is offered at C-DAC Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai.
