CII is organising a job fair on March 17 in Tiruchi to facilitate recruitment of engineers and management graduates from colleges (based at Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities) who have participated in the employability enhancement programme offered through the CII Employability Bridge initiative. The event provides a unique opportunity for the participating companies, as they can select from a pool of industry-ready talents.
Through the Employability Bridge portal (www.employabilitybridge.com), organisations will be given the opportunity to showcase their brand and publish vacancies directly in the student pool.
