St.Joseph's twin triumphs in JETS-2012

It was St. Joseph's College of Engineering all the way. With the best talent available in its campus, competitors of St. Joseph's CE swept away the team championships for men and women respectively in the Jeppiaar Educational Trust Sports (JETS) inter-collegiate sports festival last week. The men's squad proved its dominance and finished ahead of the rest with 75 points out of a possible 90 for men.

The success stories surfaced in basketball, volleyball, ball badminton, chess, football and table tennis. St.Joseph's claimed the second place in badminton, kabaddi and the bronze in tennis. One week before there was another triumph for St.Joseph's.

This came in the women's section where the college topped the table with 58 points.

St.Joseph's won the trophies in volleyball, table tennis, chess and finished second in badminton, kabaddi, basketball and ball badminton.
