Sports Day celebration at Shikshaa Matriculation School, Chromepet.
The 20th annual sports meet of Shikshaa Matriculation Higher Secondary School was held at the school premises in Hasthinapuram, Chromepet recently. V.Santhanam, social worker, inaugurated the sports meet. There was a close contest between the four houses - Earth, Mars, Mercury and Venus. Various sports events including track and field and other team events were held for the students. The opening ceremony had a display of variety programmes like mass drill, silambam, yoga, karate and aerobics. Secretary Kanchana Ranjit, and Principal C.Rajkumar were among others present on the occasion.
