Ebenezer Marcus won the Chennai Stars CA super league u – 12 cricket tournament after beating Future Stars CA by five wickets in the final recently.

The tournament, which comprised 55 matches in the league stage, saw the participation of 11 teams. In one semi-final, Future Stars defeated St. Patricks CA by 60 runs while in the other, Swaraj CC lost to the eventual champion by eight runs.

M. Thiyagarajan of Ebenezer Marcus was adjudged Player of the Tournament for his all-round performance of 414 runs, nine wickets, and 11 catches.

CSCA's I.S. Akash was declared Best Batsman while V. Rakesh of Ebenezer Marcus won the Best Bowler award. FSCA's J. Ryan was named Best All-rounder.

Former Ranji Trophy cricketer S. Vasudevan gave away the prizes.
