Lady’s Passion is conducting a culinary workshop from September 24 to October 1 at No: 34, Second Main Road, Kasturibai Nagar, Adyar.

Vegetarian Thai cuisines such as vegetable tofu red curry ( p had phak kueng daeng  ), vegetable pad Thai ( p ad thai pak ), vegetable wraps ( p a pia sod ), and sweet corn cakes with chilli dip ( thot man khoo phot ) will be taught on September 24.

On September 25, non-vegetarian cuisines such as chicken omelette ( khai yat sai ), crispy meat balls ( luk chin ping ), ginger chicken and baby corn salad ( khai phat khing ), and fried fish with Thai sauce ( p la rad prik ) will be taught.

Indian breads such as ghee roti , lacha paratha , paneer stuffed paratha , phulka , rumali roti , garlic tandoori naan will be taught on September 26.

On September 28, oriental starters such as chicken dim sums, chicken satay, corn baskets, and spring rolls will be taught. On September 30 and October 1, Ikebana, a Japanese craft of arranging flowers will be taught.
