DakshinaChitra is gearing up to celebrate Dussera by showcasing Karnataka’s tradition and culture. Sri Mahadeva and troupe will perform Puja Kunita, the traditional folk dance of Karnataka from September 28 to October 6.

This is a popular ritualistic folk dance of Karnataka practiced largely around Bangalore and Mandya districts.

There will be display and sale of Lambani embroidery by Sandur Kushala Kala Kendra.

The craft shop at DakshinaChitra will present a special feature on Karnataka with an exquisite range Kondapalli toys and other golu dolls.
