The current year's edition of ‘7UP Lemon Pattalam' an innovative seven-overs-a-team sidelight that gives teams from across the State the opportunity to interact with the players of the Chennai Super Kings outfit, concluded with Cosmo Village (Coimbatore) taking the honours.

The winning team also got to fulfil its fantasy of playing a game of cricket with a few stars from the Chennai outfit, including Murali Vijay, Tim Southee and Francois du Plessis. Bullet CC from Salem were the losing finalists.

7UP Lemon Pattalam, currently in its third year, saw 1500 teams participate this year.

Besides the participating teams, fans and spectators turned up in huge numbers to cheer the contestants.

Pratik Pota, Executive Director (South) PepsiCo India, said that the event had managed to make a strong connect with cricket enthusiasts from the state while Alpana Titus, Executive VP, PepsiCo India, congratulated the winners.
