A green initiative by Prakruthi

As part of the campaign on ‘Save Food Initiative’, Prakruthi, an eco-care group, in association with the Forum for Community Building and Leadership and National Agro Foundation is organising ‘Camp Pallai – Marutham’ (meaning arid and fertile landscapes), at Chunampet near Alamparai Kottai, off ECR on September 28 and 29.

The camp will include awareness on watershed management, rediscovering traditional games and heritage, bird watching and organic farming. The camp fee is Rs 2, 650/- per head inclusive of transportation (from Chennai to Chunampet and back), boarding, camping activities etc. For details, contact Tushita Singh at 94888 18755.
