It is by women, for women: an exhaustive course in culinary skills that is happening in Adyar during October 11-13. Participants will be taught to make different types of delicacies each day. The classes will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On October 11, training will be given in making rotis and parathas such as phulka, roomali roti, aloo paratha and triangle and layered paratha. The next day, the class will focus on making non-vegetarian starters such as nargisi kabab , reshmi kabab, shaami kabab, minced meet cutlet and Irani samosa. On October 13, participants will learn to bake cakes and brownies.
