MUMBAI: Dnata, the largest travel management services company in the UAE, has entered into a partnership with Kuoni Travel Group India to market its Marhaba services in India.
The services available from Marhaba, a part of the Emirates Group, include exclusive meet-and-greet, assistance with immigration and customs clearance, City-stop packages for transfer passengers, auxiliary services like floral bouquets, porterage and limousine service. The services can be booked before travel to or via Dubai from Kuoni India outlets and the fee starts at $20.
For a small fee, travellers can access the luxurious passenger lounges at Terminal 1 at Dubai's International airport regardless of the airline. The Marhaba staff are multi-lingual and specially trained to cater to the needs of tourists, families, VIP passengers and corporate business travellers. They are supported by the latest computer technology to ensure every passenger requirement is recorded and monitored.
Addressing the media here on Wednesday, Zubin Karkaria, CEO and Managing Director, Kuoni India and South Asia, said, "the facility is already being used by a large number of Indians. Today, around seven lakh Indians travel to Dubai or onwards annually and Emirates Airline has 71 flights a week to Dubai from India.
