Rating agency Crisil has posted a net profit of Rs.50.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, against Rs.45.72 crore in the same period in the previous year. Total income has risen to Rs.185.90 crore from Rs.151.07 crore.The company has recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.75 per share of the face value of Re.1. It had already paid three interim dividends. The first and the second interims Rs.27.50 per share each were on the face value of Rs.10. The third interim was Rs.2.75 per share after the face value was split into Re.1 from Rs.10.
