If you want to buy a mobile phone and if you are keen to seek a comparison with its closest product, a click will get you a machine-generated article detailing all features of both the devices. Well, this might soon become a reality with Hyderabad-based SETU Software Systems developing a technology for it.
Addressing a press conference after assuming charge as Chairman of the company, Srini Koppolu, said while the software application at present had been developed for mobile phones, the aim was to expand its usage for other electronic devices too. Mr. Koppolu was former Corporate Vice-President and Managing Director of Microsoft India Development Centre.
The company has focussed on technologies related to Indian and other languages, search, semantic web, summarisation and sentiment analysis. Its search engine platform, ‘Local Language Search' supports more than 70 non-English languages.
