Mother, then uncle get custody of kids

The Calcutta High Court has ruled that the custody of two Bhattacharya children be given to their uncle. This after the CWC here gave custody to the mother.

Justice Dipankar Dutta gave the direction after the two children were handed over to their parentsby their uncle Anurabhash Bhattacharya at Kulti in Burdwan district during the day.
