The former Bihar Chief Minister, Lalu Prasad, who was sentenced to five years in jail in a fodder scam case, is likely to appear through videoconferencing before CBI courts in two other cases of the scam on October 7 and 8. Counsel for Mr. Prasad on Saturday petitioned the courts to issue production warrants to officials of the Birsa Munda Central Jail, where he is lodged.
