Wonderful day
During my winter holidays, we went on a trip to the Shirdi, Ajanta and Ellora caves. We travelled by bus to Shirdi from Hyderabad. We had a darshan of Sai Baba there.
The serene atmosphere was very pleasant. We went to Shanisinganapur after lunch. It was a three-hour gruelling drive to our destination.My father went to the temple and performed the puja. A visit here is believed to bring good fortune. It was very late by the time we reached the hotel. We had breakfast and started our journey to the Ajanta and Ellora caves.
The speciality of the Jyothirlingam temple is the Shiva Linga, housed inside a cave. We had to enter through a small narrow entrance. It was an extremely exciting journey.
