Rhythm of rain

The drops bringing life to earth
And the wet memories to mind
To pass the load of dark clouds
Reminders of tears and
The sweet fragrance of flowers.
Racing of pebbles along the path
In the rhythm of rain
And the fulfilment of the thirst of earth.
Frogs cry and fog forms,
Showers beat on the earth
As the falling of pearls in my heart
And the fulfilment of the thirst of earth.
