DJ Rink puts partygoers under her spell

On a right platform DJ Rink
DJing was a zeal which she lived with, but never felt she had the right platform to make it big in the industry. “Whether you agree or not, music is a part of our daily life, weaving its charm and passion through our souls, activities and memories,” says Snehal Shah with a sweet smile. She is not far behind on the education front. She has an M. Com degree along with a diploma in business management. Better known as DJ Rink, she hails from Mumbai and has undergone a professional course in mixing music. She believes in having the crowd under her spell by spinning and mixing various tracks with utmost finesse. A hardcore fan of Bollywood music, she loves the city of nawabs. When asked what attracts her towards this city, she says, “The janta of this city lets out special vibes of being party animals with a style and taste of their own.”
The rising star of the nightlife, this beautiful young woman was in action at an event organised by Colors of India at Fbar “When Bollywood Rocks Hyderabad.”Rink has her hands full of almost all genres of music. From Progressive to Trance, Bollywood, psy trance to techno, hip hop to reggae, retro to rock, commercials to world music and one can definitely say that she has the perfect combination of taste and sense for the music. While mixing and blending the music, she gives a genuine and terrific experience to the partygoers.
This adaptability makes this young DJ a star of the decks in India. “I believe in playing music according to the taste and requirement of the crowd,” says the DJ. When asked about the rise in competition due to tremendous number of DJs coming up each day, she believes in having an identity of her own along with a pinch of self-belief.
“The musical arena has evolved over the years from disco to trance to hip hop music and India has witnessed the combination of all evolving at a gradual phase over the years,” feels Rink.
Rink is someone who can be with music 24x7 and makes everyone go dancing with her special talent, with her mesmerising beauty and the nature of tracks she plays and composes.
