FOR THE LADIES
Total Hypermarket and mall, a retail venture of the Jubilant Group, has introduced ‘Ladies Day Out’, where every Tuesday and Thursday, women will be ferried to and fro from Total in Madiwala and Mysore Road for free. This initiative will
provide women with an opportunity to meet and interact with experts on child psychology, Women’s health, beauty, cookery, waste management, while they can also enjoy the experience of shopping for products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, meat and poultry, staples and groceries, bakery products and more at wholesale prices.
The buses will ply on six different routes and pick-ups are scheduled for 10.30 a.m. and subsequently at 12.30 p.m. and the drop-backs are scheduled at 1.30 p.m. and subsequently at 3.30 p.m. from Koramangala-Ejipura junction, HSR Layout and Jayanagar, to reach Total in Madiwala and from Vijayanagar, Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Girinagar, to reach Total on Mysore Road. The bus stops and buses on each of the routes can be identified with a Total ‘Ladies Day Out’ banner.
BOOK LAUNCH
Landmark is hosting the launch of Anjum Hasan’s novel “Lunatic In My head” on January 15 at Landmark, The Forum, Koramangala from 7 p.m. onwards.

CHILDREN’S PLAYS
Vijayanagara Bimba will conclude its Saturday school of theatre with two new children’s plays, to be staged on January 16 and 17. The plays are a culmination of a seven-month course. On 16, they will stage “Chandramukhi” written by
S.V. Kashyap and directed by Gowri Dattu. On 17, they will present the play “Jijjee”, written by S.V. Kashyap and directed by S.V. Sushma. Both plays will be staged at Ravindra Kalakshetra, at 6.30 p.m. Call 98441-52967.
