And if you have been there and shopped that and are yet seeking for something new; you could check out the latest sto re in the city. Called Kanz, this outlet is bang on Commercial Street. The store was launched by Prateek Lifestyle.

Pradeep Agarwal, Managing Director, Prateek Lifestyle says: “Bangalore is an evolved market, with good buying potential and avid shoppers. We aim to provide them with quality children’s wear.”

Kanz is a European children’s wear brand, originally started by Josef Kanz in Germany. The other outlet of Kanz is at Total Mall. At Kanz you can pick up clothes and accessories or even night wear for children in the age group of zero to 12 years. Besides this, there are neckerchiefs, gift sets, jackets, shoes, belts, t-shirts and jogging pants. The collection also comes in pretty designs which will cheer a child’s mood and brighten up looks. Clothes come in plain, bright coloured, printed and embroidered variants. There are also clothes with appliqué work.

This cosy store focuses on plenty of gifting options. So if you are wondering what to gift a new born child, then the store has a ready gift pack made from soft cotton that starts at Rs. 299 onwards. These gift packs come for both boys and girls.

For the older children there are plenty of pretty overalls, dungarees, shirts, jackets, sweaters and so on. There are plenty of blues and browns for the boys and pinks and varied bright hues for the girls. “Nothing synthetic is used, but only soft cottons and denims that will make the child comfortable. The focus of the brand is more on comfort and not just fashion,” explains Abhishek Chanda, Business Head, Kanz.

He adds that the collection changes every 45 days. The clothes are durable and can endure machine wash too. The clothes are designed by in-house design teams in Germany.

Today Kanz is sold in 31 countries and India is one of them, adds Abhishek.
