Want to celebrate Gowri and Ganesha festivals with all the traditional fanfare but dread those sweaty hours in the kitchen? Nammura Hotel has a solution if you are in that tricky situation.

You can buy all the traditional goodies you want — panchakajjaya, modaka, athirasa, karjikayi, chakkuli, ambode, kadubu, holige and much more — sold by the kg or by the litre. There are also a variety of payasas to choose from — khaskhas, sabudana, vermicelli, dates, broken wheat and so on.

The counters will be open both on Gowri and Ganesha festival days from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Buyers will have to bring their own containers to pack the food they buy.

At Hallimane

Hallimane in Malleswaram also has a special offer for the festivals. Its menu is very special on August 26 and 27 with the entire festival spread, starting from payasa and kosambari to patrode and chakkuli. There will be over 35 items on offer.
