HISTORY TURNS CHIC Khadi undergoes stylish makeover

Fabindia is conducting an exhibition of khadi garments for men and women called Expressions in Khadi from August 10 to 13. The exhibition showcases a wide range of khadi garments, in a variety of design options such as block-printed lehriyas, smart stripes, amris, Mughal floral patterns and geometrics, all woven to a fine count on the ambar charkha.

Besides well-styled kurtis and kurtas and salwar kameez ensembles, the range also comprises colourful wraparounds, capris and vibrant shirts.

Expressions in Khadi is on at Fabindia stores located around the city, including House No. 54, 17th Main Koramangala (Ph: 25532070), 152, Commercial Street (Ph: 32905429), 2nd Floor, Garuda Mall, Magrath Road (Ph: 32922335), 499 C.M.H.
