Indian flavour to pizzas

Commemorating a decade in India this year, Pizza Hut has introduced the Great Indian Treat, a new menu specially suited for the Indian palate. The new product range offers a four-course meal, a variety of beverages, appetisers, pizzas and desserts.

The inspiration for the new menu comes from popular Indian products and flavours. The Masala Lemonade originates from the local favourite `Banta.' Appetisers include hara kebab lollies and veggie spin rolls for vegetarians, shammi kebab lollies, tandoori chicken spin rolls and murg satay for non-vegetarians, served with a chilli dip.

The pizza range includes veggie taka tak, teekha paneer makhani, peshawari channa paneer, chicken tikka makhani, tandoori chicken chutneywala and shahi shammi kebab. The Great Indian Treat menu will also be available for delivery and carryout. One can order a meal bundle for two comprising two personal pan pizzas and one spin roll (Indian appetiser) along with chilli dip for Rs. 225 (veg) and Rs. 275 (non-veg). Also, Pizza Hut will be gifting customers a remix CD with every delivery bundle.

The excitement at Pizza Hut will be stepped up with the introduction of two wait busters or interactive games. During rush hours and particularly on weekends, customers waiting for a table at the restaurant can try their luck at the Meal of Fortune: Spin and Win. Each winning spin can get you complimentary Pizza Hut vouchers to be redeemed instantly at the restaurant. The order processing time too can be utilised in playing a game of Dice and the winner gets to take home a complimentary Pizza Hut meal voucher, which can be used on his next visit.
