Peter England just doesn't have clothes but also complete wardrobe solutions and accessories

When it comes to fashion and trends, men are on a par with women. Be it dressing up for a formal or a casual occasion, they keep tabs on clothes with the perfect cut, style and colour. Some are so brand conscious they'll vouch by the quality and the price and their world begins and ends with branded wear and accessories.

Catering to such species is this store that comes across as refreshing and customer-friendly. The Peter England outlet is situated on the second floor of Garuda Mall, Magrath Road. The store depicts the mood of the products it sells — young and trendy. This 15,000 sq. ft. area, run by the R.K. Retail Group, also has an outlet at the Forum mall under the same name and one on Commercial Street by the name PE Mega Store. The store is designed to offer a customer-friendly ambience that soothes your hyperactive nerves and allows you to relax while you just look around the wide range of shirts and trousers.

The first thing that Kavitha Shah, a member of the R.K. Group, shows you is the Fiesta '06, the spring-summer collection from the house of Peter England. These shirts, explains Kavitha, offers complete wardrobe solutions for men. Hence, there are shirts in varied hues and styles that also come along with accessories that men can choose from. The collection is priced at Rs. 495 upwards.

Then there are the regular Peter England shirts that come in fabric called British Micros, priced at Rs. 695 upwards. This fabric is thicker and comes with a matt finish.

Besides, there are some stylish blazers and three-piece suits in shades of black, blue and grey that come in the three- and four-button options. In case you prefer to mix 'n' match then you can move towards the formal section from where you can choose shirts and trousers to go with your blazers.

The formal section offers a range in the non-iron section, which is "ideal for the man on the go". The formal trousers come in the options of pleated and flat fronts. They are priced Rs. 595 upwards.

But if you prefer casuals then there are khakis in pure wrinkle-free cottons, which can be matched with shirts in solid colours. This section is priced at Rs. 595 upwards. To go with this mood, the store offers a whole range of accessories — belts, socks, wallets and even T-shirts. The Ts are priced at Rs. 199 upwards.

In case it does not inspire you enough then there are short shirts and slim fit ones, designed for men who like to show off their biceps. The party wear section is impressive too. "The best thing about our collection here is that we have something for men in every age group and we've tried and made it a one-stop shopping experience for our customers," beams Kavitha.

No collection is available throughout the year. As the trends and the weather keep changing so does the collection. "Since winter is going to set in soon, we plan to add clothes for the season," says Kavitha. So if you're looking for some branded jackets, sweaters, leather jackets and mufflers, you now know where to head for.
