A new tool from Microsoft makes it easier to develop dynamic web applications and Windows applications

Now anyone can try their hand at developing dynamic web applications and Windows applications with a free developer tool offered by Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. — the Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions. Through this, Microsoft hopes that software enthusiasts can experiment with software development. The tool can be downloaded from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/default.aspx. They are giving out CDs of Visual Studio Express Editions. They will be shipped free-of-cost to the first 20,000 developers that register on the site www.vsexpress.in.
Microsoft's Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions consist of Visual Web Developer Express, Visual Basic Express, Visual C# Express, Visual C++ Express and Visual J# Express. Since the launch of Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition in early November 2005, over five million of these have already been downloaded worldwide.
