Essentially it has to be paired with the mobile set you own. But then your mobile has to be bluetooth-enabled, only then you could pair it with a Plantronics headset. Those who own popular low-end models have to keep their "hands off" of this technology. And pairing it with your mobile set is another task best accomplished by someone conversant with such gadgets.
The product supports multi point technology, meaning you can actually pair another device too, in which case it will allow simultaneous connections with two different Bluetooth audio devices. The set comes with soft gel ear tips. How useful this product is for the common man is anybody's guess, what with quite a lot of money involved, but those `upwardly mobile' and driven by a passion for technology, might find solace in such stuff whose selling mantra for its customers is, "Astronauts on the Moon relied on us, now you can too!"
