A SIZZLE & Guzzle festival is on at Chola Sheraton's Café Mercara. Showcasing a range of sizzlers and beverages, the ala-carte fest brings mouth-watering preparations from across the European continent.
Junior Sous Chef Hormuzdyr under the guidance of executive chef Ramesh Javvaji and his team have put together some carefully crafted specialities that include Old Grill (a melange of chicken leg and sausage, liver and lamb chops tossed in hot mushroom sauce with jacket potatoes), Pokey (mustard and caraway flavoured pork spare ribs tossed in a tangy barbeque sauce) and Those Legs!!! (grilled chicken legs with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables in a chilli honey sauce). The menu also has mermaid, birdie and herbie.
These special preparations will be served after 7 p.m. for dinner.
