For the vegetarians yummy dishes with paneer, cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots are served in distinctly original styles. Paneer pasanda in cashew gravy with hot Romali roti is a perfect combination. Another interesting dish to try is the Paneer Birbali. Its green, minty colour and flavour is once again new for the Malayali palate.
The Afghan kebab with buttered nan is one of the most popular dishes of the festival. It is served on cabbage and carrot shreds with tomato and lettuce leaves. Not very spicy it is delicious and has a very different flavour than the usual kebabs. Samundar Ki Sona, prepared with fish and cheese, is another draw. It is a blend of Pakistani and Mughali cuisine, according to the chef.
With an array of mouth-watering dishes, the ambience too has been created to match the colourful food platter. Rangoli and diyas light up the restaurant.
