NAVRATNA AT the Le Royal Meridien is holding a paratha festival `parathe walli galli' till June 14. There will be a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian stuffed parathas, served tawa fried or baked in tandoor, for lunch and dinner. The stuffings range from the traditional aloo, gobi, mooli, paneer to a few different ones such as sattu and soya. The famous Malabari paratha with vegetable kurma, and lachcha make the vegetarian section interesting. The non-veg. section will have the usual murg/gosht, keema, jhinga, chicken etc. and new varieties such as Ceylon egg paratha, razakki tikka paratha and boti kabab paratha. The menu also includes lassi, chaas or jaljeera, pickles and curd to complete the meal.
