Five-minute healthy recipe
THANK YOU Rakhi for sharing the wonderful and healthy recipe with the readers.
She says it takes just five minutes if you have sprouts, boiled potato and thick curd lying in the refrigerator. She calls it Raita-e-fitur.
Method: Take 200 gm of thick curd in a bowl and add sprouts to it (preferably moong sprouts). Dice a boiled potato and add it to this. Add a dash of salt, rock salt (kala namak), cumin (jeera) powder and bit of red chilli powder. If possible leave it in the freezer for few minutes before serving. Goes very well with stuffed parathas too!
