'Epic' songs

AKBAR KHAN'S magnum opus Taj Mahal - An Eternal Love Story is being made now. Written by Fatima Meer, the film has model Zulfi Syed and Sonya Jehan (granddaughter of yesteryear singer-actress Noor Jehan) in the lead roles besides Kabir Bedi, Manisha Koirala, Pooja Batra and Arbaaz Khan. Naushad, the veteran composer, will record two new songs for this film with Uttam Singh as his associate.

This film is being financed by Bank of Baroda and is slated for release around October.
