Ace job interview!

HOW CAN you highlight your positive qualities at a job interview without sounding arrogant or conceited?

Before the interview, think about the sort of person who will do this job well: What skills, experience and knowledge will they have? What personal qualities you offer the organisation that perhaps, others cannot?

Armed with this insight, present examples of things you have done in the past and experiences you have had that show you are the type of person the interviewer is looking for.. Select your examples to highlight the skills, experience, knowledge and characteristics . If an example conveys less than a perfect impression, explain `... and from this I learned... ' or `and I have continually improved on that by...'

Actual examples like this are objective and truthful, not boastful, and convince interviewers you are exactly the person they're looking for.
