Triumphant trail

IF THERE is one actor in Mumbai who has reason to preen, it is Ajay Devgan. But he's the last one to blow his own trumpet. Even before the applause over his performance in Company and Deewaangi have stopped he's ready to spring another surprise on us.

Though Ram Gopal Varma's "Bhoot" is Urmila Matondkar's film, Devgan's performance is mind-blowing.

As if these were not enough for the actor, grapevine has it that he will be in Mani Rathnam's second Hindi film.

The three-hero film already has Abhishek Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi in the cast. Mani met Devgan in Mumbai recently. And the rest is chemistry.
