The Women's Wing of the A.P. Non-Gazetted Officer's Association will organise games for women employees in connection with the International Women's Day on March 8. The women employed in various departments in the State Government, can participate in the various events to be held at the Police Barracks on that day, says S. Amen Kumari, chairperson of the association.

The events to be held are 100-metre and 200-metre race, `Lemon and spoon' race, needle and thread, musical chairs, vocal recital and memory power. The Superintendent of the King George Hospital, R. Sashiprabha, will inaugurate the games.

Later in the evening, an orchestra and a lucky dip will be held. The programme would be followed by the prize distribution function.
