Bold presence

DIVYA DUTTA'S "love scene" in the forthcoming `Praan Jaaye Par Shaan Na Jaaye' is the talk of the preview circuit. Tabu who was the original choice for the character of the harassed chawl-walli saw the film and paid the ultimate compliment to her colleague. "I couldn't have done it." But the Censor Board has done it again! Producer Mahesh Manjrekar isn't complaining. "The scene's impact remains," he says. Divya who's understandably apprehensive about audiences' reactions to `the scene' is currently shooting for Aditya Bhattacharya's comedy `Dubai Returned'. Divya says, "We've to perpetually stifle our laughter because of the sync sound. Each time we complete a shot, all of us double up with laughter." Hope the audience finds it equally funny.
