Grinding and dissolving

How does one grind khus khus and dissolve saffron?

SOAK KHUS KHUS in hot water for about two hours. Then grind the khus khus using the same water. Khus Khus is best ground with other ingredients rather than separately. To dissolve saffron keep it soaked in milk. Heat the milk along with the saffron. This way saffron can be dissolved before use.
