Curry order

While ordering food in a restaurant I would like to know how to select two or three curries with different gravies?

NOWADAYS MOST restaurants have indications in their explanations of the colour of gravies. For example, makhanis are orange-red, kormas light yellow and so on. That way you will be able to make a good choice of colours. In case indications are not present you could ask the chef or the captain for help.
