Soft sweet rotis

When I make sweet roti it becomes hard on cooling. How does one prevent this?

Raj, Naveen Nagar

TO MAKE soft sweet rotis follow these proven tips. First use atta of a very good quality. Ensure no maida is used. Second, make the sweet rotis as close to eating time as possible. Third, increase the proportion of fat in the dough. Fourth, store the sweet rotis in an airtight casserole.
