Sheek Kebab, once a table delicacy for royalty, is prepared by blending minced meat and spices/herbs placed on sheek and slowly grilled on a tandoor. Those interested in Goan cuisine can drop in at the `Goan Food Festival', also being organised by the Shyam Group of Restaurants, at Coconut Lagoon (No.1, Cathedral Road). Close on the heels of the Kerala Kurry Fest is the Andhra Bhojanam Festival, which is on till May 5 at The Savera (146, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai).
