ALAIN WEILL, a renowned name in the world of French advertising has curated the ongoing Exhibition of French poster art, from 1950 to 2000 at the Apeejay Media Art Gallery. Formally, the show takes into account the contemporary trends in style that keep pace with the trends in the plastic arts. Thematically, it endeavours to represent the sociological and economic changes that France has gone through.

THEATREGOERS in Delhi can watch and enjoy "Final Solutions", a popular play by Mahesh Dattani, writer, filmmaker and theatre personality. The play is the first one to be performed as a part of a Festival of Plays by Mahesh Dattani at the Habitat World, India Habitat Centre on April 18 at 7.30 pm.

FOR lovers of Indian classical dance, a performance highly recommended is Odissi and Sambalpuri traditional dance by a group of talented artistes from Kolkata. The show is presented by Shri Ram Bhartiya Kala Kendra at the Kamani Auditorium on April 13 at 6.30 p.m.

THE Siddhartha Hall at the Max Mueller Bhavan will show innovative photographs illustrated with video documentation by Stefan Romer. The show titled "Migration: Globalisation of Cultural Space and Time" will be on from April 11-20. * * *

PREMOLA GHOSE, a talented self-taught artist, will exhibit a series of watercolours Miniature Tales at the Galeria Viera Da Silva from 11th April onwards. They are an illustration of two short stories penned by her — Gang tales from Ranthambore and The Bodhisattva and the Gang. The characters depict an urbanised animal world, set in the age of globalisation, where unlimited, undigested information and superficial multiculturalism are rampant.
